🔄 Does it make any sense to use it?
Yes, and a lot of it. Used machines are often significantly cheaper, but their power can still be enough for everything new ones can do: office work, web browsing, studying, streaming, light image editing and much more. We test, service and ensure the condition of each device before selling it.
And most importantly: less electronic waste – more responsible choices.
🛠️ What about the warranty? And who will help if the machine breaks down?
Machines purchased from us come with a warranty period whenever possible , and we clearly state this in the product description.
But even if it is a "non-warranty" device, for example through auction channels (Huutokaupat.com, Huuto.net), we never leave the customer alone.
We have repaired, refunded, and helped numerous customers on a case-by-case basis – even when the warranty is formally no longer valid.
For us, a customer is never just a series of order numbers.
💬 How can I get help or programs?
Do you need to reinstall Office, Zoom, antivirus software, or your operating system? We advise, install, and help .
We can also install Linux or another operating system on your computer if Windows is not to your liking.
🧾 Can I exchange my old machine?
Yes! We buy or accept old devices as a refund .
Send us your machine for evaluation, and you will receive a refund for a new machine or cash, depending on the case.
This way, your machine won't just sit in the back of the cabinet gathering dust, but will get a new life – and you'll create a little less waste.
